Bled lightly for 3 days. Still preg?

I noticed my breasts were super sore and swollen up a few days b4 my period was due , well it didnt show, and on the 8 th day I woke up at like 1 am to a light type or cramp feeling , felt awful , so I went downstairs to take an ib origin and got a dizzy spell and had to lay on the floor, and finally was able to take the pill , went tonthe bathroom and there was some blood there knot very much.. I continued to spot for 2 more days but nit much blood came out, I wore a panty liner and a quarter sized dot was there for the day… Now it’s a week later and I continue to have symtoms .. My breasts are soar and have large blue veins in them, and I have dull headaches contantly, and I normally have crystal cleat skin and my face us breaking out.. Ido I sound pregnant or does the bleeding I have completely rule it out.. What do you think do I sound pregnant?

You could be pregnant, the spotting could hve been implantation or many women can have spotting throughout their pregnancy, which is perfectly normal. good luck
