go ahead with screws, much better job.
and if ever you decide to move the shed it’s much easier to undo a screw than to extract a nail..
don’t forget to use galvanized or zinc plated nails on all exterior applications.
oh, and you might need do drill pilot holes in some cases to stop the timber from splitting.
